Via our complex system of quality controls, we inspect the distribution process at several levels.
To examine the service quality, we conduct about 1 560 000 interviews every year.
- CCTV systems in distribution centres: Your materials are monitored from the very moment of their delivery to our depot. All the materials handling is under CCTV surveillance.
- Controls conducted with clients: Together, we interview customers in a distribution sector to check whether your leaflets were distributed properly. Our clients are guaranteed a 90% distribution quality, but our long-term distribution quality has been 97.1% on average.
- Targeted internal controls: Regular inspections of our distribution network and distribution processes.
- Phone calls: To survey the distribution, we contact the customers by phone.
- Independent controls: Apart from our own controls, there are also controls managed by independent research agencies.
