What is alternate fulfillment?

Employers who employ more than 25 people are required to hire a certain number of people with disabilities. Today, this number is represented by a proportion of 4% out of the total number of employees. When a company is not able to meet the quota, there are alternative options.

There are three methods a company can employ to meet the disability employment quota (or by a combination of these methods).
A model situation when you hire one person with a disability:

Scheme 1
HIRE A GIVEN NUMBER OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

i. e. 4% out of the total number of your employees.

I employ one person with a disability who is paid the minimum wage

Minimum wage: 15 200 CZK
Super gross wage: 19 160 CZK
Meals and others: 500 CZK

Annual costs: 235 920 CZK

Scheme 2
PAY A LEVY TO THE STATE BUDGET

i. e. 2.5 times the average monthly national wage for the first to third quarters of the preceding calendar year for each person with a disability to be employed by the quota.

Scheme 3
BUY GOODS AND/OR SERVICES FROM EMPLOYERS IN SHELTERED WORK

What services can you buy in an alternate fulfillment scheme?

You can meet the terms of alternate fulfillment by purchasing any of our services, or combine the services offered according to your specific needs.

Our services:

We specialize in leaflet distribution within the Czech republic – we created a stable distribution network and started hiring people with disabilities who also contribute cosiderably to our success.

Addressed mail delivery

Besides promotional or informational materials, we provide addressed delivery services and manage direct mail campaigns.

Geomarketing

We use digital mapping and a wide range of marketing data to reach both your existing and potential customers. We help you save on printing costs and increase response customer rates.

Printing and mail preparation

We can take care of your campaign from the very first stages of printing and mail preparation (folding, inserting, labelling). You just send us the data and we take care of everything.

Alternate fulfillment in
2021

Alternate fulfillment is regulated by the law and there are limits depending on the number of employees with disabilities hired by a company. That is why, even though we would like to provide our services in an alternate fulfillment scheme to all our clients, we recommend that you order these in advance.

How does it work?

1. QUESTIONNAIRE

We send you a form to fill in, so, based
on the information you provide, we can
calculate the amount you need to spend to
meet the terms of alternate fulfillment.

2. SETUP

We discuss your needs and requirements with you. It is also important to know if you have already carried out alternate fulfillment with another provider.

3. HOW MUCH WILL YOU SAVE?

We calculate how much you save when you use our services.

4. ORDER AND CONTRACT

We issue an order and create a guaranteed contract for services provided in an alternate fulfillment scheme.

5. PERFORMANCE

You get professional services and we take care of all the administrative work. In the end, we issue an invoice with details about the services provided in an alternate fulfillment scheme.
