What is alternate fulfillment?
Employers who employ more than 25 people are required to hire a certain number of people with disabilities. Today, this number is represented by a proportion of 4% out of the total number of employees. When a company is not able to meet the quota, there are alternative options.
There are three methods a company can employ to meet the disability employment quota (or by a combination of these methods).

What services can you buy in an alternate fulfillment scheme?
You can meet the terms of alternate fulfillment by purchasing any of our services, or combine the services offered according to your specific needs.
Our services:
We specialize in leaflet distribution within the Czech republic – we created a stable distribution network and started hiring people with disabilities who also contribute cosiderably to our success.
Alternate fulfillment in
2021
Alternate fulfillment is regulated by the law and there are limits depending on the number of employees with disabilities hired by a company. That is why, even though we would like to provide our services in an alternate fulfillment scheme to all our clients, we recommend that you order these in advance.
How does it work?

We send you a form to fill in, so, based
on the information you provide, we can
calculate the amount you need to spend to
meet the terms of alternate fulfillment.
2. SETUP
We discuss your needs and requirements with you. It is also important to know if you have already carried out alternate fulfillment with another provider.
3. HOW MUCH WILL YOU SAVE?
We calculate how much you save when you use our services.
4. ORDER AND CONTRACT
We issue an order and create a guaranteed contract for services provided in an alternate fulfillment scheme.
5. PERFORMANCE
You get professional services and we take care of all the administrative work. In the end, we issue an invoice with details about the services provided in an alternate fulfillment scheme.

- in the report on mandatory quotas, clients do not have to fill in the details about alternate fulfillment
- Clients are still obliged to fill in a form issued by the Labour Office CR to confirm they meet the disability employment quotas and define how
- However, clients do not fill in any details about individual orders as the supplier - Česká distribuční - submits these details electronically
Evidence náhradního plnění:
- méně administrativy pro odběratele

díky evidenci náhradního plnění odpadá povinnost odběratele uvádět údaje
o náhradním plnění v ohlášení o plnění povinného podílu
- Odběratelé tak nyní jako doposud Úřadu práce ČR odevzdávají formulář s ohlášením splnění povinného podílu včetně způsobů jeho plnění.
- Neuvádí však již konkrétní informace o jednotlivých dodávkách. Všechny potřebné informace zadává dodavatel, tedy Česká distribuční, do elektronické evidence.
